Project summary - Sunshine Kids

Having worked very closely with Ian Morley of Sunshine Kids for over three years we have developed a great working relationship and have gained immense from the client.

Ian made the decision to leave all marketing activity and decisions to us and truly considers us to be his marketing department. It is second nature now for Ian and his team to immediately refer to us any call that are regarding advertising or marketing matters.

We plan and buy advertising space across a range of consumer titles and have also planned and negotiated a strategic, long term campaign within Nursery Industry magazine aimed at building awareness within the industry. Our experience enabled us to secure exclusive positions and excellent rates for the advertising which is working very well.

The creative work for all of the advertising is carried out by us from concept to completion.

We have worked with Ian to develop new strategies designed to create new sales opportunities for retailers. In addition we have worked with the client to plan exhibition stands and have sourced promotional print work at very competitive prices.

Project summary - CN Sales & Marketing

Working closely with leading nursery product distributor CN Sales & Marketing we have helped to create and manage a complete marketing strategy throughout 2006.

We worked in conjunction with a design agency to create a new corporate image for CN Sales & Marketing which has now been introduced into all marketing and advertising material.

Current work has included the development of both consumer and trade websites where we have been constructive in developing the content and design of the sites before briefing and working closely with a web developer to ensure the finished sites achieved the pre-required criteria.

In addition we advised on an Autumn trade marketing strategy and designed for that a trade leaflet together with a newsletter concentrating on a series of special offers to increase sales in the lead up to the important Christmas period. We also advised the client on the all important follow up telephone and e-mail campaign.

Alongside this we have designed and produced the clients first ever full page advertising and have placed advertisements strategically within the consumer press to gain maximum exposure with increased direct sales as well as additional sales for stockists.

In addition we have helped design exhibition stands for trade shows, worked with the client on the stands and advised on new products.
